The colours for today! Plan is:
Breakfast: Spinach Omelette, banana
Lunch: Stir-fry leftovers with salad
or a tomato, avocado & cheese sandwich
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with tomatoes, shrimp and feta cheese
(it's really tasty, I promise)
Snacks: orange pepper, blueberries and yogurt, cucumber
